Return policy:
Due to the nature of custom made items, we can only accept returned items and offer partial or full refund if it is manufacturing error.
Returned items must be shipped back in original package or sufficiently strong package.
If we conclude that the problem is not manufacturing error, we will ship the item back to you at your expense.
